Process Step 6: Consider your cell population and form DCE groups based on:
· Who needs to control access to the cell's resources, such as system security, core system services, and so on.
· Who needs access to a specific group's resources or information, such as a specific server for arithmetic calculations, a specific application with limited licenses, a personnel database, and so on.
Our sample cell requires only four DCE groups: All-Employees, Cell-Management, Project-Leaders, and Department-Management-and-Personnel.
