Corrective action:
(a) The ACL that must be modified is in the DCE Security directory. Ensure that this directory entry is present, and that it wasn't accidentally deleted.
(b) You may not have the correct authorization to create a CDS directory. Perform a DCE login using an account that has sufficient privileges to create DCE objects and retry the operation.
