Process Step 3: You will use the cell name that you used to register with the external directory service, and create the cell and cell name when you install DCE. On the host where you are creating the cell, follow the installation and configuration dialog that prompts you for the cell name and host name.
In our sample cell, we have created the cell and named it Wigetco.com and configured the installation host, named venus, as the primary CDS server, secondary Security server, and DTS server.
When you install DCE and create the cell name, DCE automatically creates the basic CDS directory structure as shown in our sample cell. You will extend this basic CDS directory structure in step 10 of this cell naming process for other DCE object classes such as subsystems, applications, and so on.
