Meaning:
One of the internal routine failed. The State of Time Server dialogs calls these routines to create the binding to communicate with the time server and to ask the time server the time on the time server's computer. If one of these routines fails, the State of Time Server dialogs save the error text, together with the DCE error (if any), in the Last Error field of the Details... dialog. Then, the State of Time Server dialogs continue with the other servers in the list box.
Corrective action:
Press the Refresh button to poll the server again.
