Meaning:
One of the internal routines failed. The State of Security Servers dialog calls these routines to create a binding to the security server and to ask the security server for information. If one of these routines fails, the State of Security Server dialogs saves the error text, together with the DCE error (if any), in the Last Error field of the Details... dialog. Then, the State of Security Server dialogs continue with the other servers in the list box.
Corrective action:
Press the Refresh button to poll the security server again.
