Terminating Work on an ACL

The ACL Editor provides three different methods of terminating work on an ACL.

$image\acl_0014_wmf.gif$ To terminate your work on an ACL:

1. Pull down the ACL menu

2. Choose Save, Close, or Exit.

ˇ Save allows you to save any changes that have been made to the active ACL during the current session. The ACL remains open after the save operation. You can also save changes to an ACL by clicking the Save icon $image\acl_0015.gif$ on the toolbar, or by using the Accelerator key: ALT A, S. If the Save option on the ACL menu, and the Save icon on the toolbar are dimmed, it means that you have made no changes to the active ACL during the current editing session.

ˇ Close allows you to close the active ACL without leaving the ACL editor. If there are changes that you have not saved, you are given the chance to save them.

ˇ Exit allows you to leave the ACL editor. If you have made changes to any ACL, you are given a chance to save the changes before you exit.
