To change permissions on multiple entries: To change permissions on multiple entries:
1. Select the rows in the active ACL that contain the entries you want to change by holding down the CTRL key while you select the desired entries. To select contiguous entries, hold down the CTRL key while you drag the mouse. To deselect an entry, hold down the CTRL key while you click the mouse button (MB1).
2. Click 
or pull down the Modify Entries menu and select Modify Permissions on Selected Entries ...
The Permission Change dialog box appears with the specified entry rows. If the rows do not fit in the box, resize the columns, or use the scroll bar. Next to the "Rows being changed" box is the "Permissions" box that lists the available permissions.
3. Select the rows that contain the permissions you want to change, by holding down the CTRL key while you select the desired permissions.
To select multiple permissions, click the permissions you want to change in the Permissions box. A checkmark appears next to each of your selections. To deselect a permission, click the selected permission.
