Visual ACL Editor (Tools Menu)

Invokes the Visual Access Control List (ACL) Editor. The DCE Visual ACL editor allows you to display, add, modify, copy, and remove ACL entries for a specific object in a cell's namespace.

1. Click or pull down the Tools menu and select Visual ACL Editor. The Open ACL dialog box is displayed.

2. Enter the pathname of the object whose ACL you want to view.

3. Click OK to confirm the entry and dismiss the dialog box.
