Registry Editor (rgy_edit) (Tools Menu)

Invokes the DCE Registry Editor (rgy_edit). The editor allows you to view and modify information in the registry database such as users, groups, organizations, and accounts.

$image\wmf_dcem0037.gif$ To invoke the DCE Registry Editor:

1. Pull down the Tools menu and select Registry Editor.
The registry editor window is displayed. You can obtain help on editor commands by typing help at the rgy_edit => prompt.

2. To exit the registry editor, type exit at the prompt. Or, you can click the Control box in the top left corner of the window and choose Close from the drop-down list.
