Meaning:
One of the internal routines failed. The State of CDS Servers dialog calls these routines to read the list of clearinghouses in the root directory and to create a list of entry objects for each clearinghouse. If this routine fails, the State of CDS Servers dialog displays a pop-up message with this text and the OK button. Click the OK button to dismiss the pop-up window and the State of CDS Servers dialog.
Corrective action:
Retry the CDS Server dialog.
