Meaning:
The internal routine failed. The status column of the list box for the server is set to down if the DCE RPC rpc_mgmt_is_listening routines return a communication failure. For all other errors, the view or modify properties for the server dialog box sets the status column to unreachable. All error information is saved in the Last Error field of the Details... dialog box.
Corrective action:
Press the Refresh button to poll the server again.
