CDS Control Program (cdscp) (Tools Menu)

Invokes the Cell Directory Service (CDS) control program. The CDS control program allows you to manage the components of the Cell Directory Service, including servers and clerks, and manage the contents of the namespace.

1. Pull down the Tools menu and select DCE CDS Control Program. The cdscp window is displayed. You can obtain a list of CDS control program operations by typing help at the cdscp> prompt.

2. To exit the control program, type exit at the prompt. Or, you click the Control box in the upper left corner of the window and choose Close from the drop-down list.
