Viewing a Subset

If you are viewing a full display of an access control list, and wish to view only a subset of the list, do the following:

$image\acl_0066_wmf.gif$ To view a subset of the ACL display:

1. Select the entries you want to view together in the subset. To select multiple entries, press the CTRL key while you click the rows you want. To select a range of rows, hold the mouse button (MB1) down while you drag the mouse. To deselect a row, hold down the CTRL key while you click the mouse button (MB1) on the selected row.

2. Pull down the View menu and choose Selected Subset of Entries. An ACL is displayed that contains only the entries you selected. You can choose All Entries from the View menu to return to a full display of the ACL.
