User Action:
Saving an ACL
Meaning:
You cannot save an ACL that cannot be modified later. For some DCE components and applications, only users referred to by entries with control (c) permission can modify an ACL.
Corrective Action:
Grant some entry c permission on the ACL. This allows users referred to by that entry to control the ACL's contents.
