Adding Accounts
After a new registry database is created, it contains only the principals, groups, organizations, and accounts that were added as initial information by sec_create_db. Use the dcecp account create command to add any other names and accounts that your site requires. You can do this now or at any time later. See Creating and Maintaining Accounts for information about adding accounts by using dcecp.
